pg flat some the design adopt condo concept. they have balcony. but mine don't have. I do not do cooking so my laundry usually let it hang indoor(kitchen). If it is wet weather I let them hang on the pole for a few days.

Yes, there will be smell and that's when the dryer comes in handy. However, I still encourage Crystal to hang it out until 9 pm, still consider evening, not night ma Tongue

You can open your main door, kitchen window, and living room window so that more fresh air can help to dry the wet clothes.

But, from what I observed, many presidents doesn't want to open their main door. I used to live with my landlady who open her main door "generously". How windy and and the house does not look/ feel dark, stuffy or hot.
