How to complain resident hanging wet clothes?

may be my kitchen design is different from yrs. My aircon ledge has sunshine. Tek-kor have to hang 1 1/2 days. It is fine because aircon ledge is already hot.

if rain and you are not at home how?
before going out, need to being in tek kor?
Guess I just needed an easy way out 
1. put clothes to wash in the morning
2. work
3. put clothes to dryer
4. continue to work
5. clothes dry n can be folded
all in a day, or 3 hrs

can I put my wet clothing in your dryer as well ... hahaha ... I'll fold them myself loh ...

Guess our family is eating rice type not potato type.

Even we stayed in 4seasons country, we ate rice not potato also.

That's why I said dryers don't suit my lifestyle, simply because I brought up eating rice culture. Not potato culture.
