How to complain resident hanging wet clothes?

lagi worse ... they might be so uneducated in operating the dryer ... hahaha

I go straight up to the unit and knock on the door.. Twice already, to two different units.. thinking that the issues are settle already, and recently they start hanging wet cloths out again.. will go up to complain again if i happen to be at home..

how do you know they are hanging wet clothes if you are not around ... and how do you know its them again ...
