OIC, it's self-funded by this 'X' company ... that's why there is no action from the Authority despite so many feedback ...

Good on you, thanks, post those photos, but cover-up those licence plate nos for courtesy and giving those drivers a 2nd chance - we don't want them to feel victimised--not yet.
