and these pamplets are either in the dustbin or on the floor...
donating to build this town?? then where did all the the conservancy fees and taxes paid go to??

it's just so sad lah... even the dam at the marina there is up already, punggol 21 plans have been talked about forever... and ever. but haven't seen really much of the plans carried out yet. can only wait and see... wait long long to see...
