nvm mah.. then dun build anymore flats can already lor... the rest all low lying stuff like town centres, man-made rivers, schools, etc... not afraid of tremors one mah... unless they fear tsunami outta the man-made river and coastal seasports centre and may harm the residents around the man-made river or near the coast... then i really nothing to say le lor...

sheesh! why am i even giving them ideas?!
