The man made river can wait first. I just hope that we can have our central with big shopping center and cinema in it build first. Then Punggol end beach with seafood restaurant along the beach come next.

Never really gave much thought about living in Pungol these past 5 years. After reading through this thread, what the fish, made me wanna go confirm if really is 5 years, can sell house already

Coney Island should develope as a package with Punggol end as a place for leisure, but most import, I think the central should be the first priority to develope.
