nothing good can ever come out from a "horse's" mouth..

basically the idea will be to wait till 2010 GE then use this as bait to bribe the citizens of PG to vote for lightning so in the meantime, govt will build up everything that the people dun need/want so on 1 hand they can create the need to vote for them and the other hand got something to retaliate if kena accuse of not improving the neighbourhood
