may be they build the reservoir first to draw residents. Once more people attracted, town centre will be justify to build.

Why can't build parallely? (is it wrong spelling? have to do with style)

Sweetheavens my MIL staying in jurong..Iis so far..takes almost an hr to drive there oso..after married few mths we go every week.. now after few years we go back every 1 mth
