Sometimes people keep saying why we got so much to complain, but imagine the police took more than an hour to reach the scene. Although its not a murder or kidnap case, but 1 hour is really too much.
What to do, we got no choice but to live with it. No matter how, the only thing we can do is call the police.
I wonder whether the police patrol car work 8 to 5, cos so far I never saw a police patrol car in Punggol before. Maybe I'm worng.

Almost everynight i saw a police petrol car in punggol.....
but not petrolling but buying supper at blk 6xx kopitiam...
most of the time - the western food stall...
around 10-11pm.
Almost 9 out of 10 times, u can see them at that hour...
