Indicative Price Range
3-Room: $139,000 - $165,000
4-Room: $208,000 - $254,000
5-Room: $370,000 - $383,000 (must as well buy in Queenstown, no airplane and air pollution)

I understand , non-loadbearing walls are going to be constructed with precast light panels, with cavities in between.  So it is going to be light, ultimately there should be a savings in piling , foundations and footings.

So what happen ? building cost should be lower, right ? How come the flats are  going to cost more ?  chitchat

For information, precast panels with cavity are in used in office blocks in UICD Building in Shenton Way. Ocean Building in Raffles Place and OCBC in Chulia Street many many years ago. So this is not something new.

Its very expensive given that its not near town. I doubt many will bite the bait, after looking at Punggol's development now.  Huh?
