How much is the savings in terms of water & electricity bills per month? if they are using so-called eco whatever terms.

Should be enough to make a difference. Apparently, soem of the features make the house cooler and so you save on having to turn on your air-con at max setting. Their carpark is underground, no multi-storey CP.

Would it be safe? How deep are they digging into? With the polluation from Johore coming in, I wonder what could be the long-term effect. Just thinking aloud

so expensive!  but i think they pay more for saving earth etc etc.
