Housing estates which is prone to air & noise pollution will be built like condo design, funny funny features saving earth of $100,000 more. They have to make attractions mah.....

Using green, crisp air, or whatever terms as marketing tools. In 20-30 yrs time still have green meh?

aiyoh, with the premium price they pay, they r paying more than saving if they are staying in a "normal" hdb flat....

If we want to save the Earth........(the children will like wat i'm gonna say)........"Save The Earth....Don't Eat Your Green !!! " Cheesy
