Pockets on the flap, under the flap, and there's even a hidden flap under the main flap - you get pen pocket, transit link card pockets, mp3 player pocket ... etc! You can fit in a laptop as well and carry the cable in the flap. The strap is wide and has a cushion pad which is comfortable. It works great as carry-on luggage as well. Used, but in good condition.
