Indicative selling average price $880 per sq.ft. ( cost more than $200 per sq.ft compared to Prive Condo. ( Prive is not as crowded )

My apology.......

The above site picture of the proposed housing development was not " atreasuretrove ". It will probably be another HDB project. ( although it is also at Punggol Walk )

The actual " atreasuretrove " condominium project is at the junction of Punggol Walk and Punggol Central. It is right in front of Punggol Sapphire and next to the 109 year old " Matilda House ".

The famous, talked about " 109 year old Matilda House " will be developed into a Club House with function room, gymnasium and reading room exclusively for residents of the condominium.

Latest picture of the old faithful Matilda House with the surrounding compound stripped off vegetation. It was built in 1902 and today still standing strong after 109 years.
