Waterway Terraces I is just in front of the Punggol Waterway. Just across the Waterway, in the opposite direction is an identical project called Waterway Terraces II.

Waterway Terraces II is bounded by Punggol Walk, Punggol Way and Sumang Link. A premium project with 804 flats.

3 room flats, 118 units
4 room flats, 440 units
5 room flats, 246 units

At the moment, the building site is fenced off. Heavy building equipments, such as piling rig, excavators, mobile cranes, trucks, occassional mixers and concrete pump trucks are at site.

At one location, load testing of completed piles are in progress. As soon as foundations are ready, more pictures, more reports will follow up.

Let's take a look at pictures captured from Punggol Way right up to Punggol Walk, the whole length of the building site.

The next picture 6030140 shows completed units of piling system under loading test. It is located at the middle of the construction site.

The second picture 6030141 is towards the perimeter fencing along Punggol Walk where the most building equipments are located. Lots of them are concentrated at this plot.
