As long as some other food besides Koufu all the time is good. Coffee Bean is also good. I need caffeine... +D

Sorry, the 2nd floor shop is not Sakura or Coffee Bean...it is some sort of a playhouse cum massage parlor for Pregnant Ladies and their kids.. Aiyoh!!!! Liao Punggol Plaza really a cock up place..

I agree. PP mgt is lousy. Look at the variety of shops in the place. Very short sighted planning. Just looking at who offers the highest rental.

But dont worry, cant do that for very long. When a new commercial building springs up, they gotta wake up their idea as we will all go to a proper mall. Hate all these rubbish shops that serve no purpose.

We need FOOD goddammit, not your damn koufu every single day. You think its mum's cooking issit? At least mum's cooking dont have houseflies hovering over it. =X

The price per square feet is too high. They are asking about $5/sq ft. I think KFC, MaC offering at $3.50- $4/sq ft. Koufy /PP boss doesn't want to let go at this price.

KFC, Mac are big players in renting shops in all the malls in Singapore. They know more or less the market price for rental properties. I wonder how much Sakura is being offered with the rental price?

is that why prima deli waffles are more expensive than other places, as pointed out in the prima deli thread??

then PP mgmt really CMI lor!!! they think PP is wat? prime shopping ctr is it?! the shops just come and go, come and go... with such high rental yet not so much patrons, even good/popular shops also may not be able to survive in pp lor... then we residents/customers suffer... keep seeing those shops come and go, come and go... for example, i still feel that those who've signed up for the previous manicure/pedicure packages due to convenience really poor things now... if go to their other branches also not all that convenient afterall, with all those travelling and time consumed, the package no longer worth the $$ le...
