You didn't mentioned exactly where in Boon Lay. But I remember taking the MRT once from Punggol to Boon Lay MRT and it's around 1 hour.  I took a  train from Punggol MRT station, alight at Outram Park MRT for transfer to Boon May MRT station.

Maybe he can suggest a company bus to ferry them from the MRT to his work place if lots of his co-workers are in agreement.

Rely on them in improving the public transport system?? wait long long............

2hr15mins to Boon Lay, possible.

I took to Jurong East MRT about 1hr50mins.

I hate the transition walking between LRT to MRT in Punggol. Everyone rushes towards the escalator down 2 levels, wait about 5 mins inside the train.

juz to add i recently found out from the wife she takes close to 2 hrs to travel by bus from here to my in laws in bedok. my gawd 2 hrs vs 30 mins if i were to drive her!
