At the time when this picture was taken, the block's tower crane were busy lifting prefab floor slabs for installation. Completed level 9 working on level 10.

Erection of vertical panels just started.........

Happen to shoot some pictures at Punggol Residences when there was a lifting of a Front Facade with Window Casement @ Punggol Sails.
