At 208C the water tanks are also installed with workers on the necessary piping systems. There are also rc. structures now under construction above roof level. Scaffoldings were erected around the structures for work to be carried out.

In between Blocks 207A and 208C, the multi storey carpark is also under construction. At the moment reaching the roof top gardens top level.

Picture taken from Arcadia shows a perspective view of Punggol Sails, Blocks 207A, 208C, 207D, 208B and the multi-storey-carpark with roof-top garden 207.

Next to it, a mosque site, so far no activities spotted.

Painting started on the gable wall, after much survey and marking of uneven surfaces. Sanding down was carried out prior to painting work. At the time of taking this picture, the gable wall had been painted, probably not the final coat.

Block 208C also with one gable wall painted.

The whole Block has 3 or 4 hanging gondolas with workers still grinding, cement grouting, touching up of wall facades.

There are still plenty of touching up work before the initial coat of paint can be applied to the whole building.
