Hi, when exactly or an estimated year which Punggol Sails will be likely to complete?

Looking at it now, it seemed like before Q2 2013, the whole project will be completed. Any inside news? Thanks to advise. Cheers!

The noticeboard outside the construction worksite state 2nd quarter 2013.. I think you are right.

For the past few weeks, work was concentrated on the roof-tops of most Blocks in Punggol Sails. First take a look at Block 207A.

Work includes the installation of Roof-top water tanks, supply and drainage piping systems. Building of structures, decorative grilles and general painting work.

Similarly work had been going on on top of roof-tops of Block 208C. In most cases, the design and construction of the water-tanks and compartment are identical to all Blocks in Punggol Sails.
