From what was happening for the last few years in Punggol, if not mistaken, the block that starts work first is normally also the first to be completed, also the first to be handed to prospective buyers irrespective of Block numbers.

Upon signing of an agreement between " buyer " and " HDB " to purchase a unit, take note of the " EDPD " ( Estimated Delivery Possession Date )

Any idea at this stage of construction, what are things yet to be done/complete? I guess left the painting, interior work , landscaping and finally hdb takeover by batches inspection..
