The road signs, the pavements, rubbish mechanism, block numbers, multi-storey carpark and roof top gardens. WHYME had done a perfect job on Nautilus@Punggol as regards items that had to be completed before handling over to buyers from HDB.

As soon as Punggol Sails reached that status, prospectives buyers should be able to get their keys into their units for renovation.

Lets hope for the best.........

That's interesting.. heard that hdb takeover  inspection take 6 months..

Punggol Sails look beautiful and serene with an orange pinky sun setting in the horizon at about 7 pm. The whole sky gradually turns from bright orange to pink to brown to grey and finally plunged into darkness as the street lights took over to illuminate the area.

Certain Blocks had Block Numbers fixed and the carpark roof-top gardens are slowly taking shape with landscape divisions set in.
