Thks. Not sure whether the probable completion date mean collect keys. It could mean the construction is completed but handover of keys may take another 4-6 months ie hdb inspection takeover. Roll Eyes

Is it? I thought probable completion in the HDB login is the key collection date. Mine is punggol ripples and it's 1Q 2013 in the HDB login lor. But I looked at the project published on the constructin company's website, it says probable completion date is Nov 2012 though. So after inspection, it should be ard 1Q 2013.

Hopefully yours correct. Its good news for those who are in urgent need of shelter. for sails blk 208c looks ready. B & a painting and windows still need to be done. So probably c end of Dec.. Followed by b and a. Anyone in blk c recd hdb letter?
