could be because punggol plaza is managed by kou fu.. they dont want competition ?

they dont seem to care about the tenant mix. Punggol Plaza has 3 clinics, 2 chinese medicine halls, used to have 2 bags stores, have 2 video stores etc.

well the security just concern about the bus queue people alighting and boarding....then the other personnel go idle.....eat snake....most of the times i saw people bring their dogs into PP .....stated clearly at the doorway...NO PETS....but still people bring in their pet dog.....i'm not against dog owners but its for the hygiene's sake.....they set the rule but no one enforced it, so whats the point.....same goes to the basement carpark.....got wheel clamps notices all over, but so many car parked iilegally, NO ACTIONS TAKEN....i just wonder wether they even have the wheel clamping device......
