ya loh ... management of Capitalland of compasspoint and Rivervale mall too is far better then punggol plaza ... so inconvenient to go shop at NTUC at L3 with my mum... maybe pp mgt now think they are one and only mall in punggol... maybe should email to HDB or the authorities to request for another shopping center and rename this to Punggol Medical shopping plaza...
they get involve with RC/CC??? maybe to pull strings loh... heard this management runs foodcourt and this is their first building and got another at fernvale side... pp is so miserable and this is "Punggol 21" like "Punggol oldies", newspapers ever highlight from the old seletar market tenants that wanted to rent back and do business but was told the rental there so X even thou its a interim center... my wife says that should be the same might as well dun go...
