Probably it is a bit too early to talk about TOP dates. One overhead tower crane is still in operation, signifying there are still heavy lifts going on at the site.
Before construction of the pool area can go full swing, the tower crane must be dismantled. This may only happen when roof structures are near completion for Block 55A.
The pool, it's facilities, utilities, landscaping, interior finishes can easily take another year to complete.
Thereafter painting, perimeter fencing, testing, approval, cleaning up will take many months more.
Lets hope for the best.
