Any reason why blk 57 seem to be progressing so much faster than the other blocks though? Would you know?

Very simple, if we refer to the first few pictures taken earlier on, Block 57 is the first to commence structural work when piling completes.

Second 57A, followed by 53, 53A, 55 and finally 55A started structural work several months later.
