"We would like to inform you that Repairs & Redecoration (R&R) Programme including re-painting of blocks for Blk 128D Punggol Field Walk and the rest of the blocks within the precinct will be carried out in end 2007 through 2008. "

Repaint work being carry out at 19x now but seem the contractor only clean and paint the dirty area. Other fade paint was left as it is.. doesn't seem much change after.

Coral clusters also have R&R end of 2007?

According to town council guy, meridian cluster will get the R&R first, starting 4th quarter 2007. Next year will be Cove cluster. Coral not so soon. How many years only?
