town council may get a notice board hung at the void deck.  it will serve specially for those ppl who wanna advertise their services.  they can juz simply stick them on the notice board.  juz lilke those you find at tanglin mall supermarket where ppl stick their advertisement for services, sales, etc..  wouldnt' it be a better solution.

Why don't the town council set up a special recycling box residents to dispose these flyers ? At least we can recycle them !

i think those recycle bins in other estates were misused that's y they dun practise providing recycle bins anymore.
sometimes it takes just a group of culprits to destroy the good idea of recycling and everyone else suffers.

If they really build more recycle bins, they will do the same for other estates and charge more SC&C. Don't think its sustainable.
