Have we ever sit down and think  how / why there is this problem ?

First maybe it is due to ever, continual streaming of our Education System. The clear division of the different types of schools / standards and so on.

This problem then finally becomes a Social problem. The problem for the School Principals / teachers, and a whloe hosts of inconveniences to the public.

In the first place, if kids are given the warm, love and care by the family, today we will see less of such public disturbances.

In this case, the police will not get themselves involved unless violence is used.  Smiley Smiley The school also can't do much except to send someone to monitor the situation. Finally  Huh? Huh? the problem will either still be there or shifted to another location, but still within Punggol North.

What to do ? Huh? Can the MP / RC help ? maybe, maybe not. In the good old days, the kampong chief probably can. Time changes  Lips Sealed

Dear Friends ,

I agree with tp@Punggol comment . We all have a social responsibility to reach the root cause , we may need to understand by heart why the youngsters are like that . Infact we should never forget that youngsters are the pillers for good future , whithout whom the show cannot be run , when we all reach old age and may not be in position to write in fourums.

Could it be that the parents of the teeneagers dont have time / love / effection to educate them how to behave in public places . are they so busy in earning $$$ ?

Could be the schoools only teach Matchs , computure  & Science and not paying attentions to educate about Morality , Decipline, Curtosy...etc which are basic things a human needs to live in socity

Should the RC / Social organisations spend some efforts to mingle with youngsters and let them understand the enjoyment in playing sports , writing novel , Arts...etc comparing to health dangerous Smoking/drinking...etc

Porbably we all need to think what kind of social responsibility we can take to ensure the future of the youngsters doesnt end in a dark room.

If any  RC members read this please have some thaught about this youngters problem . its a islandwide problem not only for block 174

cheers
