Since she said she is from RC, so what was your respond to her? You permitted her to tell you off this way?

RC members should be meeting up with Penny & making recommendations on how to keep the volume down, if the complaint is legitimate. I've not attended any Meet the Ppe Sessions yet, should do that and also check if RC members are even allowed to use in the name of RC to tell people to quieten down, that's not giving a good image for RC.

So video her face and upload to STOMP. Or simply find out which RC she belongs and inform the Chairman, or just email our MP. Quite sure, she would respond.
