Look, this RC lady is obviously a fake ! I don't believe a real RC member will do that. RC members have other better things to do beside telling people to keep their noises low. Anyway, there is no regulations from HDB or RC that the residents shouldn't sing karaoke or play manjong at home. It is an unwritten rule that everyone should keep their noise level low to be considerate to the neighbours, be it on festive seasons.

We should sometimes give RC people credits to organise events to boost up the living conditions for our area. I will still call this fake RC lady 'stupid' b*tch' because only one will act like that !
