How do you stop a smoker from smoking downstairs

Tigger.......alamak easy lah.......have you seen the ghostly advertisement pasted at every lift entrance? Ask for a free piece, probably from town council or somewhere. Frame it up and since the cigar smoker is only one floor down....no problem. Whenever you hang out clothings, also hang out the advertisement. Make sure the rope is long enough to reach one floor down. Also make sure the picture faces the smoker........that may solve your problem , hopefully. 

Hmmm... that's a good idea... but i think they hv taken down the posters already...

hey, talking abt the ghostly advertisement..i noticed that the poster had been removed fm our blk notice board!  Did anyone notice?  Could it be too many negative feedback abt this ghostly poster?!

u mentioned tat it was already at nite after dinner right?  So might as well hang yr clothes indoor n shut yr kitchen window...then u won't be disturb by the smell lor...think of yr neighbour who is 1 flr abv him..lagi worse, right...
