How do you stop a smoker from smoking downstairs

Yep. The smoke rises up... think it is either the thin cigar type of the self rolled ones... really very smelly.

u mentioned tat it was already at nite after dinner right?  So might as well hang yr clothes indoor n shut yr kitchen window...then u won't be disturb by the smell lor...think of yr neighbour who is 1 flr abv him..lagi worse, right... 

Yah... I guess I could, but I prefer to hv the window open and the clothes hanging for a while... but I can't even have that.

Anyway it has stopped for a few days... wonder if he is someone on on punggol.sg and is feeling a little guilty... If you are reading this... pls be more considerate. Thanks!

I'm smelling smoke now. Sometimes I thot its my neighbour smoking - but I know my neighbours, a few floors up and down - none look like smokers to me. I'm beginning to wonder whether the smoke is from cigarette or from the burning smell in the other thread... about air-pollution in Punggol???
