How do you stop a smoker from smoking downstairs

wahhh...u all actuali mind if neighbours is smoker anot ah?? tot its their freedom to smoke anywhere in the house??

can't expect them to enclose in a small cubicle to smoke ma..

i onli noe all our neighbours open up their door every evening when they came back from wrk.. and sometimes i smell cigarette smoke from their hse...i din realli go tink into so much in-depth.. :p

I live on the 14th floor, so shouldn't be from void deck. Anyway, like I've said, I'm beginning to think that the smoke is not from my neighbours - so far, I'm not aware of any smokers among my immediate neighbours (only one who doesn't live here and is in the process of selling his flat). My dad is a smoker all his life and I've been tolerating smoke all these years but still find smoke very difficult to tolerate.
