How do you stop a smoker from smoking downstairs

I live on the 14th floor, so shouldn't be from void deck. Anyway, like I've said, I'm beginning to think that the smoke is not from my neighbours - so far, I'm not aware of any smokers among my immediate neighbours (only one who doesn't live here and is in the process of selling his flat). My dad is a smoker all his life and I've been tolerating smoke all these years but still find smoke very difficult to tolerate.

my husband oso smokes...veri choking..but no choice..they don smoke they get agitated easily.. anyway the quit smoking campagne not wrking one.. more and more ppl buying ciga despite the pricing..making the govt earn more $$ from them...haizz... the scary auntie oso not wrking anymore... they need someone who looks more scarier.. ;p

haha... my dad used to smoke... but he quite 20 years ago... used to smoke 2 packs a day

I also face the same problems with my downstairs neighbour. He/she likes to smoke at the windows and the smell of smoke comes into my house. My next door neighbour is a lot more considerate. Will observe the wind direction when my main door is opened, to make sure that the smell is blown away from the block. My neighbour opposite on the other hand doesn't give a damn. So I just shut the door everytime he smokes outside the house.

Perhaps we can get the smokers to smoke at designated locations. You know, like the yellow box in the army? Maybe somewhere near the car park. They can get extra value from the fumes given out by the cars in there... (similar chemical make up).
