Pathetic if they are to do it when the next GE comes. At this rate, how can Punggol grow to be a model estate of the future ?

that's the norm isn't it ... whipping out all the carrot just before GE is nothing new. We have been seeing them for a few times running and in fact, the garment has openly announce it. It's just happen that we did not accept the fact.
