i did everything, except informing the 'upstairs goddess' abt the dripping.  i called town council, i shouted from the top, i use my bamboo pole & hit on theirs....  Tongue

i realize they weren't the only *idiots*  those above her is equal.  after that, i dun hang outside anymore.

pointless...


could it be the case that while you're feeling that she is inconsiderate ... while your neighbour knew that you shouted and hit on theirs, they are angry thus add more blur?

Why not talk to them ... it helps ...

I remembered 2yrs back, we received notices fm TC on several occasions regarding the dripping problem..guess someone fm my blk feedback to them..Thereafter, the condition had improved..
Sometimes it's not the owner who did that, maybe the maid n they r not aware or had forgotten to tell the maid not to do that..

its true, that happen to my case where the maid was newly hired ... not aware of the problem she create ... does not have such problem back home
