How to complain resident whom has washing machine's noise on the whole day?!

Well, both my spouse and I heard it this morning before we left for work and now again when we are back from work!!! Is it almost the whole day?!

Unsure of their water bill man! I am only concerned of the noisy environment...

Wa sure or not, the whole day? The water bill shd be damn ex Oo. i think if that is true they open laundry shop issit?

My washing machine's ball bearings needed to be changed and if not, it gave out very loud noise during the spin cycle. It sounded like MRT passing by your house. The service man told me no point changing the bearings-cause too expensive but becos the WM still can be use, he told me to use it till I couldn't bear with the noise. I've got another WM. Now I can hear my neighbour's WM - my maid described it as fighter jet in the house:)

WM shouldn't be so noisy till it disturb the neighbours unless it is spoilt, which is probably the case as in your neighbour's...
