While the photo taking goes on, we should also help to call the TP at their hotline whenever we see illegal parking there.
Let them make at least 1 trip per day to Punggol Plaza and they might do something about it.

Actually my sis said she saw summons being issued. But I personally haven't seen before. What's worse, I kenna summon at other void deck's carpark when visiting my uncle. I think the drivers there are just relentless...

Ironically, dinner time 7-8pm, no mata.
