what's the point? Some drivers are thick skinned. They don't bother about it.

I believe TP don't get commission, only the carpark warden. thats why the TPs are not as hardworking as compared to the carpark warden.
Anyone got any idea carpark wardens allowed to dress in civilian during their tour of duty?

Although I am not the driver of any of the cars you have posted but I dont think its quite fair to put up the pics here.  What if the car is just there for a while to just pick someone up? Dont tell me ya guys have not stopped somewhere to pick people up before?
