Inconsiderate drivers parking at LRT station outside Punggol Plaza

haha.. i think he is always there.... everytime i walked past... i saw him.

Then i think he is really a smart guy!
While his other colleagues run around on scooters to hunt for vehicles,
he simply just station near PP and wait for car to park in a row, and he just start issuing his tickets..
With one row outside PP full of cars, no matter how slow he can be, still will get 1 or 2 tickets out...
Smart move! Sure hit target easily!
But soon, I wont be surprised there is a long Q of traffic warden scooters near PP waiting to issue tickets to
the illegally parked vehicles... haha...
Then PunkGo....will become famous overnight once again.......haha...
