Actually,we are parking there to slow down the speed of the vehicle passing the area.

there is a multi-storey carpark at blk 172, just beside Punggol Plaza.

but if we park there just to grab something
come back, suay suay kena $30 summons for failing to put coupons
cause carpark warden is very on
not worth it

if we park beside the lrt
chances of kena summons very rare
they prefer to summons those in the parking lots without or expired coupons

anyway parking at PP 1st hour is free
i only park in there if i do shopping or buy food

Once in awhile the police cruiser will come along,they will sound the siren,as long as you get your vehicle away fast,no summon.
