Majority of people learn from mistakes..
Once ganna the summon from TP, then they will learn..
These group of people must get summon few times then... they will wake up.
The old saying.."Don't see coffin, won't drop tears.." haha..
Get summon already, then they will kpkb first, then later start to learn to park in the proper carpark... as usual...
So long as whenever we see illegal parking, give the TP a call to arrange a site visit.
Once the TP come enough times until a point where all the cars that park outside PP gets a ticket before, then the problem will stop.
