Litter Bugs on higher floors

   heyaa!
hhmm..same problem happened to me too    i guess its juz the DisAdvantage of being on the lOwer floor.. esp. Ground Lvl.   
juz mOved in cple of mths back and was xTremely shOck when these wOnderFOOL neighbours juz threw pcs of tissue (wet/dry    ) out of the windOw which aLmOst went our hse..nOt only tat..on many occasions we get spLats of water out of the windOw..but nOt sure was it theMaid or maid's Owner..hhmmm..many times since last 6mths (approxly) when we moved in..

I think that's the problem with these so-called 'condo-like' design. The designer has to brush up his/her skills.

Still prefer the mature estates design I used to stay, straight forward, squarish.

yes, lower floors always get rubbish from the higher floors.. this keeps happening over and over.. never end.

there are some like to wash their windows, esp the kitchen window, splash water down. Once i caught that neighbour red-handed, I scolded her & from then, she stopped. At least wash the windows during heavy rain lah but lately, some1 from higher is doing it!
