Yes, I agree . Only thing is ths stupid copy cat designer didnt copy properly the condo stye design. Did you notice for eg,in the actual condos, the clothes hanging area is almost a balcony by itself so it will not drip onto the unit below? Also with the design of some Punggol flats like the ones at Blk 135 Edgedale Plains , the kitchen actually faces the bedroom therefore the upstairs unit kitchen looks directly into the unit below.Where is the privacy? Also if birds like crows etc carry food up and drops onto the unit below, isnt it natural for the unit below to point fingers at the unit above? Dunno who the @#$%^%^& design our flats nowadays.
I think that's the problem with these so-called 'condo-like' design. The designer has to brush up his/her skills.

Still prefer the mature estates design I used to stay, straight forward, squarish.

I am living on the lower level. My neighbours living on the higher floor loves to share what they use and eat with others by throwing everything out of their windows.  E.g. Soiled baby daipers, used tea bags, empty bread plastics, sweet wrappers, fish bones, cigerrette butts.we can't hang our clothes out at all.  Once my husband's clothes was been burnt by the butt thrown down.
We've made several complains to the Town Council but nothing seems to stop our "lovely neighbour".
How can such inconsiderate people be living in HDB flat?  What are they thinking?
i'm living on 9th floor, also kena from above floor, they throw used spoonge, toothpaste box, drink pack, used panty liner, lump of tissue, etc.... i really don't know what is inside their head.....

ya, the design where kitchen looks into bedroom is soooo ... indescribable.

also gets all sorts of smells.. kitchen smells, toilet smells.

end up, the bedroom window have to be closed most of the time. unless there's things to throw out of the window to irritate the lower floor neighbours. lol.
