Of coz I know which unit, but I do not know which floor above has thrown OUT ALL THOSE "LOVELY SOUVENIERS".
I've already made complains to the Town Council several times and they has already inform the Ministry of Environment. I've alsocomplain to the HDB.  But they sAID THEY CAN'T DO ANYTHING.
I think the only solution is not to hang any clothes out.   Cry

Complain enuf and they will send someone to take a look... Have you tried NEA? Or go and see Penny?

I remember someone told me a trick before...
Use a supersoaker watergun and fill it with soya sauce and shoot upwards when their clothes are hanging out.... then all the upstairs will complain about their upstairs until they stop throwing things...

NEA?  Town Council had done that for me.  NEA even sent their staff down trying to "catch" the litter bug.  But nothing ... Nowadays, they are still throwing stuffs down.  The latest is those plastic container. If it rains, there will be water collected in it...what if I never realise and it breeds mosquitoes.  THen become my fault, my problem lah? Simply can't stand them. Can't report to the police as there are really too many units above me liao
