Ever consider install a CCTV since they are so affordable now?

not too sure whether intentionally or unintentionally. Install CCTV better than the HDB will summon and give warning. If more than the warning times, these people will appear in court or force to move out of the their HDB flat.

i saw the ground floor occupants corridor was full of rubbish as thick as the our ankle height!
all the rubbish was thrown from above

I have once installed CCTV to catch my neighbour littering and watering potted plant outside the kitchen window. Cig butts and soiled water landed on my window glass and ledge. Show it to TC and they came to warn the neighbour.
