hey, which block are you at again? I had the same problems with similar items landing on my ledge. Just wondering if it's the same block.
p/s I had the pleasure of removing a few used sanitary pads as well so count yourself lucky.
i have the same problem too.....i have sock, biscuit box, cloth, tissue paper, empty packet drink....this is on my aircon ledge...worst thin i have...was use KOTEX.....and it package stick half way on my metal shelter above the outside of my window at my living room.....i wonder what kind of woman can just throw there,,,used pad out of the window.......sign
